I work with people to identify goals and challenges, relying on a number of counselling techniques. Sessions are guided by you, and we work at your pace as this can be challenging at times. We try to understand what you are experiencing in life. Sessions are informal and conversational.

I have experience working with individuals, couples and as a group therapist. My sessions are always guided by you and my style is very conversational and informal.

I have worked in private clinics, hospitals and helpline services including:
