Dana is a compassionate and authentic psychologist dedicated to guiding individuals through meaningful transformations. Committed to holistic mental health, she explores the mind-body connection, fostering a deep understanding of her clients and helping them overcome their unique challenges.
Rooted in collaboration and a strong therapeutic relationship, Dana employs a trauma-informed approach to address various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationships, substance abuse, and neurodiversity.
Grounded in a client-centered and integrative framework, Dana utilises evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Dana supports individuals across their lifespan and through her experience working with the Australian Defence Force, she offers unique insights into the military experience for serving members, veterans, and their families.
Individual sessions are available in person, via telehealth, or online.
Clients with a mental health referral can claim the Medicare rebate for psychological treatment. Some may also be eligible for rebates through their private health insurance. Additionally, Dana accepts referrals NDIS clients under a self-managed plan.
