Faith uses a Trauma-Informed Care and Practice (TICP) approach which focuses on people’s strengths and makes sure you are safe – physically, psychologically, and emotionally. Faith has a Bachelor of Social Science/Counselling, and as well as TICP uses cognitive-behavioural, mindfulness, narrative, psychodynamic and solution-focused therapies.
As well as working with people who have experienced abuse, Faith works with addictions, self-esteem, grief and loss, and other issues. Faith returns to London twice a year to run therapy groups, and is active in the field of helping women deal with the ageing process, as the founder of Silver Sirens Redefining Ageing.
